About Us
Marc Glass founded the Marc D. Glass Insurance Agency Inc 40+ years ago, where he was a direct writer for Allstate Insurance Company. Marc won many distinctions while at Allstate, such as Life Millionaire, National Champion, as well as Honor Ring for his production and overall customer service of his clients. Marc left Allstate in 2008 to start his Independent Insurance Agency in efforts to better serve his clients.
In addition to his role within the agency, Marc served as Vice President of Connecticut Junior Soccer Association, and has been a member of the East Hartford Rotary Club since 2009, where he is a past District Governor. Marc is a Paul Harris Fellow, a major donor and a Bequest Society member.
Outside of work, Glass has a wife, Lori, and three adult children, two daughters, and one son. His hobbies include Philadelphia sports, traveling (especially to Ocean City, Maryland) and playing golf.
